How long does onboarding take?

No setup phase. The day you sign, you can upload SOPs, let AI generate questions, and assign employees — delivering your first training round and audit evidence within 24 hours.
Which regulations and standards are supported?

Works for ISO 27001/9001, GDPR & data privacy, HIPAA, OSHA workplace safety, SOC 2, AML, and anti-harassment training. Any SOP or policy document becomes quiz questions and audit records.
How is data security and multi-company isolation handled?

Each company is fully isolated (multi-tenant architecture with a mandatory tenant filter on every query), all traffic is encrypted, access is split into four permission tiers, and every admin action is logged in an audit trail.
Is it multilingual?

The interface and questions support Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese. Question translations are AI-translated and human-reviewed before going live, ensuring correct professional terminology.
How is it priced and how do we start?

Do we need to prepare the question bank ourselves?

No. Upload your company SOP and AI generates the quiz questions automatically. We also offer official Compliance Packs (security awareness, personal-data protection, occupational safety) you can apply in one click, or you can import your own existing question bank.
Are the AI-generated questions accurate?

Whether generated by AI or applied from an official pack, new questions first enter a “pending review” state and never appear on a quiz automatically. An administrator reviews each one and publishes them in bulk, ensuring the content is correct before it goes live.
How do employees take the test? Do they need an app?

No app to install. Employees open a link in their browser on any phone or computer, and results are scored instantly on submission.
Can the certificates and audit reports be used for ISO audits?

Yes. The system instantly produces completion certificates, score and completion-rate reports, and audit evidence that can be attached directly to internal or external ISO audits as training records.
Can we bulk-import the employee list?

Yes. Employees can be imported in bulk via .xlsx/.csv, with departments created automatically. Departures are soft-deleted so historical scores are preserved and audit records stay intact.
What makes LabLearn different?

How is this different from just using ChatGPT to write questions myself?

ChatGPT can draft a few questions, but you still have to assemble the quiz, assign employees, track completion, issue certificates, compile audit evidence, and verify each question yourself. LabLearn automates the whole loop: AI question generation with human review, official Compliance Packs, employee assessments, certificates and audit reports, and multi-tenant data isolation — you don't have to piece it together.
Is it secure? Will our SOPs and employee data leak or be used to train AI?

Each company's data is fully isolated (multi-tenant, with a mandatory tenant filter on every query), traffic is encrypted, and every admin action is logged. Uploaded SOPs are used only for that generation run and deleted from the server afterward — not retained long term.
Can we capture digital attendance evidence for in-person or hybrid training too?

Yes. Create a training session, then staff check in by scanning a projected QR on-site or via a link remotely — they log in themselves and add an e-signature. You can optionally enable checkout to record actual attendance duration. Every check-in (with signature, timestamp and IP) rolls into that training activity's audit evidence, and you can export a signed attendance-sheet PDF in one click.
We need an attendance sheet for a labor inspection or audit — is this output acceptable?

Yes. The attendance-sheet PDF uses standard fields (session, date, instructor, name, department, check-in/out times, duration, e-signature) — more complete and harder to forge than paper. Combined with online quiz scores and certificates, you have the full "trained, attended, passed" evidence set ready to submit.
What is the easiest way to send the exam link to employees?

From the admin console you can turn the employee exam-entry link into a short URL with a QR code in one click. Post it, project it or drop it in a group chat — staff scan to go straight into the quiz. It also works for training check-in links, powered by our own Lab-URL short-link service.
How is your phishing drill different from KnowBe4 or Microsoft Defender?

KnowBe4 and Microsoft Defender are platforms for companies to build and run drills themselves. LabLearn is a managed service — we handle scenario design, delivery testing, execution, finding high-risk people, immediate remediation, a re-test and audit delivery. It suits companies with limited internal security staff but real ISO / audit pressure. You get proof of who has improved, not just a click-rate report.
Will the drill emails be marked as spam, or do we need to set up our own infrastructure?

No. Sending is handled by our dedicated managed drill infrastructure, and we help you complete allowlisting and delivery testing on your mail platform (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365) so drill emails arrive reliably. The drill sending domain is fully isolated from your production domain, and landing pages only record whether a link was clicked or a form submitted — they never store any real password.
Can an employee still take the exam if they missed the test or the check-in window closed?

Yes. From the completion report's not-passed / not-attempted lists, an administrator can grant a makeup exam to specific people. Those people can take it once more even if the activity is already closed, past its window, or the maximum-attempts limit was reached (an optional deadline can be set). It is ideal for employees who attended but never tested, or who missed a session — without reopening the whole activity for everyone. Every grant is recorded in the audit log.
Do you offer online courses or video training, and can you tell whether employees actually finished the video?

Yes. Beyond quizzes, LabLearn includes online courses — a course can hold multiple chapters (video, article, PDF), be marked required, and gate the quiz behind "finish the video first." Videos prevent skip-ahead (dragging to the end does not count), support resume from where you left off and 1–2x playback speed, and watch progress is recorded as audit evidence. It is ideal for turning company material into self-paced courses employees complete before testing.
